CONTINUOUS FLOW SCREEN

Ideal for the lab where many different separation jobs are encountered from small-scale scalping to mass separation and continuous-feed production applications. The unit can be used with one or two screen trays with screening area approximately 16x24" (406x610mm) per tray. Incline angle adjustable in a range of 4 to 10°, and speed adjustable in a range of 535 to 750 rpm. Inclined Screen Trays are available with wire cloth in sizes 4" to No. 100, or may be specified with round openings, slotted openings, or other special wire cloth. Discharge pans are provided in two styles, for either front or bottom discharge. 76-2524-00 is powered by a 1/3-HP, fan cooled, totally enclosed motor. Screen size is 34x22x28" (864x559x711mm), LxWxH. Length is 41" (1041mm) with trays installed. A special low amplitude drive shaft may also be specified to improve separations in sizes finer than No. 4.
 

GILSO-MATIC® SCREENING ASSEMBLIES

Gilso-Matic Screening Assemblies equipped with Hopper/Feeders can test total sample volumes up to 10.5 ft³ (0.3m³) (152mm), in batch sizes from 1 to 3 ft³ (0.03 to 0.08m³). The mechanism of the screening assembly is internally counter-balanced. The optional 18 ft³ (0.5m³) Hopper/Feeder assembly can dispense samples to the Gilso-Matic in successive cycles of feeding, screening and discharge. Electronic scales connected to a PC allow automated data collection, analysis and reporting. Holding capacity of each collection chute is about 1.5 ft³ (0.04m³) for a total capacity of 10.5 ft³ (0.3m³) from the six screen decks and the fines collection pan. Each chute has an individually powered gate for controlled release of accumulated material. Replaceable wire cloth units are 24" (610mm) square and mounted in metal frames for clamping in screen decks. Six 76-2574-A wire cloth units from 4" to No. 4 (100mm to 4.75mm) are included and sizes must be specified at time of order. Gilso-Matic Screening Assembly models are available with 4 or 6" (102 or 152mm) topsize capacities. Minimum recommended material size is No. 8 (2.36mm). The basic Gilso-Matic unit is supplied with a 3hp electric motor, air-actuated cylinders, collection chutes, a control box, mounting rails, six wire cloth units and a pan. Models can also be ordered with 18 ft³ (0.5m³) Hopper-Feeder included. Special factory-installed low-amplitude vibration and speed variation accessories are available. Gilso-Matic size is 86x40x72" (2.18x1.02x1.83m) LxWxH. An additional 9" (230mm) of vertical clearance is required for tilt-discharge operation. Total size of the Gilso-Matic with Hopper/Feeder Assembly installed are 106x40x111" (2.69x1.02x2.82m). An additional 60" (1.52m) of horizontal clearance is required in front of the unit for maintenance and repair. The Gilso-Matic requires a 230 or 460V, 3-phase electrical supply and a minimum air supply of 80 psi (533kPa).
 

GILSON SOUND ENCLOSURE

Is designed for use with 90-4333-00 and 90-4333-50 Sieve Shakers, but it may be used with other equipment as size permits. Constructed of sturdy painted steel with 1" (25mm) of sound deadening foam. Overall size are 31x19x46" (800x500x1200mm). Shipping Data: 75 lbs. (34kg); Cu. Ft.: 17.0.
 

ROCKER SCREEN SET

Set consists of a 12" square steel frame designed for interchangeable wire cloth and bottom pan. Order squares separately in mesh sizes desired. Frame height above cloth is 5" (13cm). Not recommended for use with sizes below No. 20. Overall size are 15x12x10" (39x31x25cm).
 

UNIVIBE SCREEN

Complete with 1/8-hp, 115V, 60Hz motor, one TBC or MGS screen panel, and a pitch-selectable mobile stand with undersize chute. All carbon steel construction. All Univibe models come with one screen panel (specify size and type) and an electrical cord with in-line switch. Overall size are 20-1/4 x 26-1/2 x 35" WxDxH (514x673x889mm).
